Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We simplify work for small businesses by offering an all-in-one solution for CRM, project management and invoicing. In the summer of 2019, we acquired a second tool, Teamleader Orbit, which focuses on helping medium-sized agencies thrive. By joining forces, we became the logical choice for any business, big or small, that aims to automate and simplify work. To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for an Account Executive FR on the Teamleader Orbit side of our business.

Selling a solution that helps customers and playing a critical role in a fast-growing software company is what drives you. You are self-motivated, smart and passionate with B2B sales and have a track record in running sales cycles where you constantly drive value for the customer with the end in mind, managing internal and external stakeholders to drive successful business.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • You work proactively together with SDR’s  to identify, new business opportunities and work on creating and prioritizing strategic target accounts. You own your territory of accounts and act as a CEO to build plans around this territory together with other stakeholders in the company

  • You will run sales cycles where the “assessment of the business case”, the “validation of a technical fit” and co create an “on-boarding plan”,  will be the parts that will be led and managed by you. In that process you are able to provide (product) presentations, you understand the customers business and processes, and you are able to explain how our solution offering  is able to drive value for their business.

  • You are more than happy to visit your potential customers.

  • You have good negotiation skills, and you have a goal getters mentality. Winning for you is not only getting a signature, but being able to drive progress all along the way.

  • You are a team player that likes to work on cross-functional projects that will help our business and the business of our customers thrive.

  • 3+ years of previous successful B2B SaaS software sales.

  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Medium to large market experience is important

  • Understanding and experience with agencies is a big asset.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented with new business sales or “hunter” mentality.

  • Diligently follow through, no lead left behind.

  • You feel as equally comfortable working remotely with customers as you are with being on site.

  • Passionate, motivated and hungry to succeed.

  • Native level Dutch & good command of English.
